DEPOSITS

We require a non-refundable, nontransferable deposit to reserve your appointment date. If you fail to give required notice to reschedule, or don't show on the day of your appointment, you will have to leave a new deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another person or design.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

Please give minimum 48-72 hour notice for ALL cancellations. Rescheduling needs to be done within 30 days of initial appointment. No-Show or cancelling day of will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. (We understand life happens... please communicate with us!)

  We allow you to change your appointment date twice without forfeiting your original deposit with proper communication between the reschedule/cancellation window. Please be considerate of our artist's time. No shows without communication result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you decide to completely change your design, please give as much notice as possible to your artist. Deposits are nontransferable to a new design and a secondary deposit must be placed. Changing a design completely may result in needing to reschedule your original appointment date to accomodate for additional drawing time and planning.

ALL Designs are shown day of appointment, and all changes or adjustments can be finalized with your artist then. Our artists will not send out finalized designs over text, email, or any other method prior to the appointment.

We sometimes have last minute cancellations that would let you get in sooner. You must be 100% decided on your idea and not require a consult. This is for 1 session pieces only. Typically it's short notice, so being flexible is a plus

Each tattoo artist manages their own schedule and bookings, so wait times will vary depending on who you'd like to work with. We appreciate your patience!
I prefer to wait for my selected artist, regardless of the estimated wait time for an appointment.
I am open to being matched with another artist at Altered Ego Studios if they have availabilty sooner.

Each artist handles their own bookings and schedule, so response times and availability can vary. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for a response. Your artist will let you know if a consultation is needed before your appointment. (Not all appointments will require an in-person consult.)

Planning ahead is recommended! Depending on your artist, and size of your project, appointments may be booked out 5+ months in advance so we appreciate your patience!
